Data we process
- Account information such as email address, display name and authentication identifiers.
- Google account identity information when you choose Google Sign-In (typically name, email and Google account identifier).
- Private league memberships, predictions, scoring selections, rankings, MVP results and related game statistics.
- Push-notification subscription identifiers and notification preferences when notifications are enabled.
- Technical/security information processed by our hosting and authentication providers as necessary to operate and protect the service.
Why we use it
We process data to create and authenticate accounts, provide prediction leagues and rankings, calculate scores, synchronize fixtures/results, deliver optional notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and maintain the service.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, processing is generally necessary to provide the ScorePredict service you request (contract), to protect the service and users (legitimate interests), to comply with legal obligations, or based on consent where consent is required, such as optional notifications.
Service providers
- Supabase — authentication, database and backend services.
- Google — optional Google Sign-In.
- Netlify — hosting and delivery of the web application.
- Browser/device push services may process notification endpoints when push notifications are enabled.
These providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, applicable legal transfer safeguards are used by the relevant provider.
Retention
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. When an eligible deletion request is completed, associated personal data is deleted or anonymised unless specific information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution reasons.
Your GDPR rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your competent data-protection authority.
Account & data deletion
You can start a deletion request from Settings → Delete account & data or use the public deletion page. Requests may also be sent to scorepredict7@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the requester controls the account.
Children
ScorePredict is not intentionally designed to collect personal data from children who cannot lawfully consent to the processing of their data. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorization, contact us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Terms of Service

1. The service
ScorePredict is a football prediction and friendly competition service. It provides private leagues, configurable scoring, live prediction views, rankings, statistics and optional notifications. ScorePredict is intended for entertainment and does not itself provide gambling or wagering services.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Google Sign-In is optional and subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.
3. Predictions and scoring
Predictions must be submitted before the match locks at kickoff. League administrators may configure scoring values and optional bonus categories. Exact score and correct result are core scoring rules; additional categories can vary by private league. The rules shown in the app are part of the gameplay description.
4. Live and third-party sports data
Fixtures, lineups, match status and live results may depend on third-party data sources. Data can be delayed, corrected or unavailable. Postponed or cancelled matches may be excluded from scoring according to the app's match status and administrator controls.
5. Fair use
Do not attempt to manipulate results, bypass prediction deadlines, access another person's account, interfere with the service, abuse invitations, scrape the service at unreasonable scale or use the app unlawfully.
6. User-generated names and league content
You are responsible for names and other content you submit. Content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing or harmful may be removed and accounts may be restricted where reasonably necessary.
7. Availability and changes
ScorePredict may change, suspend or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party sports data.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScorePredict is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account/data deletion through Settings or the public deletion page. We may restrict access for serious abuse, security threats or violations of these Terms.
10. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing rules
These Terms are governed by applicable Croatian law, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply to consumers under EU or local law.
